  1. Email: DSM works with multiple email delivery providers to insure the maximum possible delivery success to your customers. We offer more than one option, so feel free to contact us with more details.
  2. SMS/Text Messaging: Mobile devices are quickly becoming the #1 way that people surf the web and communicate. With text messaging you can get important messages (ex. class cancelled due to inclimate weather) to your customers. You may send up to 1000 free messages per month at no charge, and then after this the cost is very reasonable.
  3. Text to Speak (TTS): While we don’t have too many people using this, a couple of our customers love it. This allows you to type text, and then send it as a voice communication. One benefit is it will reach land lines as well. It is bundled with the SMS, so you will have it in case you need it.
  4. Online portal: Even for customers who have trouble receiving communications, so long as they have a link to the online portal, they can easily login and view the information you want them to see including messages, invoices, classes and more.
