After purchasing the software, we are always happy to help you customize it to fit your needs. Whether you need a new report, or need to tweak some part of the program, we can help.
We charge a flat rate of $35/hour for customization.

Because we don't charge any monthly fees, we do appreciate your cooperation in paying for any support you may need. Most new customers do require an hour or two of support for the first couple of months, but then it has been our experience that the program runs very well, and we have customers that have been using the software for a couple of years, and do not require any additional support.
Please do plan for a couple of hours of support for the first couple of months after purchase.

After purchase, you will be able to contact us both by email and phone, though we do prefer email, as it allows us to better document the support requests, as well forward your request to our programmer efficiently.
