Find the right class date

Need to check when a class meets? Here's how to find the right dates in Dance Studio Manager.

From Group Classes, search for your class. We'll use Ballet 2. Open the class, then choose Schedules.

Each row is one meeting, with its date, start and end times, instructor, season, and student count.

Use Period to narrow the list. Next 30 Days makes it easy to review what's coming up.

Looking for a particular meeting? Type its date into Search schedules. Here, October seventh is a Wednesday, from seven to eight P.M., with Quinn Bennett.

Search only checks the rows in your selected range. Clear it before switching to Past to review earlier meetings.

Click Date to bring the most recent meeting to the top. You can also narrow the list by season or room.

These filters change your view, not the schedule. Open the class, choose your range, and find the date you need.
