The software costs $40 per month. No contracts, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes! You can try it free for 30 days — no credit card required.
During your 30-day free trial, you can access most tools to manage your classes and students. However, some features are not available, including:
- Instructor passwords & Instructor View
- SMS text messaging
- Emailer
- Online Client registration system
- All other features of Dance Studio Manager are fully accessible during your trial.
If you decide to continue after the trial, you won’t need to re-enter anything — your student records, schedules, and settings will still be there. This ensures a smooth transition into the full version of the software.
The system is ready to use as soon as you sign up for your free trial. If you have questions or need assistance, our team is just a message away.

Yes! We provide multiple options for online registration:
- Online Client Portal – Easily link it from your website. Students can register, view schedules, make payments, and more.
- Mobile App (iOS & Android) – A white-label app custom-branded for your studio.
- WordPress Scheduling App – Allows students to register and manage accounts directly on your site.
Yes! We can help import student lists, classes, attendance, charges, and payment info — even credit card data if needed.
Yes! We provide multiple support options:
- Email support (daily)
- Phone/Skype by appointment (10 AM – 9 PM PST)
- Jobs & Support Forum – For custom work or tech support

Yes! We take data security seriously:
- You can do daily backups via Tools & Settings
- We maintain 5 backup copies (live + daily, weekly, and monthly backups stored offsite)
- Data is also stored on redundant servers for extra protection
We will only access your data with your permission when providing support. We never share your data with third parties—your privacy is a top priority.
If you’re unsatisfied, simply stop paying your monthly fee.
