Is there really no limit on students?
Yes. Core DSM includes unlimited students, classes, and locations for $40 a month. Your price doesn't change as enrollment grows.
What's included in the free trial?
The full system for 30 days. No credit card is required, and nothing is held back from the trial.
Which payment processors work with DSM?
Stripe, CardConnect/Clover, Moneris, Bluefin, Paystri, Authorize.net, and others, plus BECS Direct Debit for Australian studios through Stripe. Processing fees are set by the processor you choose. With Stripe, a 0.2% DSM platform fee applies in addition to Stripe's fees. Ask us about your processor before you commit.
How are text messages billed?
Text messaging is optional. You buy prepaid message bundles from DSM in your account. Based on current rates, that's approximately $30 for 2,000 messages for US studios and $20 for 1,000 messages for Canadian studios. Rates may change; ask us about other countries. Email tools are included in the $40.
Will you help me move from my current software?
Yes. Most routine migrations are completed at no additional charge. If a source is unusually large or incomplete, we explain the work and any cost before starting.
What is the branded mobile app?
An optional iOS and Android app published under your studio's name for +$50 a month. The standard family portal works on any phone without it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. DSM has no long-term software contract, and you can export your data at any time.
