Our software has been tested on many devices, operating systems and browsers, and we are constantly fine tuning the user interface, so it is easy to use wherever you use it. Currently, the Google Chrome browser is our top recommendation, as it provides the most advanced features, and has a good track record in terms of security. Firefox and Safari are also good choices.

Progressive Web App

The online client will also run as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This means you can run it as an app from your Android, iOS or Windows device as an app. It will even send out push notifications (at the time of this writing we are still waiting for Apple to allow push notifications, but Android and Windows are already allowing push notifications!)

Data Backup and Security

Our software is a web based application. At any given moment, there are no less than 4 different backups of the data. Additionally, the backups are stored in 3 different locations. The server is in a climate controlled data center with a backup power generator, and there are level 3 staff there 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We have never experienced data loss where backup was even needed. However, we do encourage you to take a daily backup of your own which you can do under Tools and Settings > Database backup.
