Under each family and student account there is a tuition override field. You can set custom tuition pricing for the family or student.

Update May 30, 2019: Since this was first written we have developed MANY different approaches, and generally speaking we can handle just about any school’s pricing scheme. Of course, we must be able to apply logic! 🙂 But usually we can get pretty system going for you, so long as we can take the time to understand your system and then work through the details.

To set family Tuition, Go to Main Account, Click Additional, add family tuition over ride

To set individual student tuition over ride, go to Related Students and Classes. Click on blue edit button. Click Additional, add custom student tuition.

Once custom rates have been established, you may go to Finance (in left side menu).

1.Select the type of tuition you would like to run. Note: Families and student with custom tuition plans will not be listed under Type Normal.

2.Select the appropriate billing schedule, classes date range, charge category.

3. View List to make sure all is correct. Run Tuition Note: If  you feel there is a mistake, you may delete this tuition By going to Finance, Charge History, click on Bold X next to the the tuition under Action column
