Staying in touch with your clients is very important, and DSM offers multiple methods, including Push Notifications through the use of Progressive Web App technology, as well as Automated Messaging. In addition, we offer text messaging through Vonage and Twilio, and email delivery through multiple email services. At the time of this writing, we are continuing to make enhancements in this area!

Client Notifications

Client Notifications can be found at Settings > Messaging. Scroll down to the second heading and you will see the following settings:

  1. Email Account Registration Notification – Toggle on/off the sending of registration notifications.
  2. Registration Notification Message Template – In the Messaging section of DSM, you can create message templates (check the “template” box when creating a new message). In turn, you can assign one of these templates to the Registration Notification that is emailed when a new client registers. So in this way you can edit the text of this notification.
  3. Email Class Registration Notification – Sends an email notifying the client about a successful class registration.
  4. Email Drop Class Notification – If a student is dropped from a class, the system will automatically send them an email notification.
  5. Email New Payment Notification – notifies the client when a payment has been made on their account (ex. a credit card transaction).
