Less manual billing Set billing schedules once, then let recurring cycles do the repeated work.
Fewer enrollment interruptions Keep families active with stored payment methods, statements, and better follow-up.
Clearer financial visibility Use tuition, balances, and reporting tools to understand what has been paid and what still needs attention.

Recurring payments should feel routine, not risky.

    Recurring billing questions

Answers studio owners usually need before they turn on auto-pay.

These are the practical pieces that tend to come up right before a studio decides whether DSM is a fit.

    1

    Can parents save cards?

Yes. DSM supports stored payment workflows so families can keep a card on file for tuition and other charges, depending on the payment processor connected to your studio.

    2

    Can we use Moneris?

Canadian studios can talk with DSM about Moneris and other supported processor options. The right choice depends on your country, banking setup, card volume, and whether you need in-person payment hardware.

    3

Are there hidden DSM billing fees?

DSM’s core software is $40/month. Card processing fees are charged by your payment processor. We can help you understand the difference before you move billing into DSM.

    4

What happens when a card fails?

Failed or declined payments can be found and followed up from the admin side, so your team can contact the family, update payment details, and keep tuition collection moving.

    5

Can staff still take front-desk payments?

Yes. Recurring tuition does not have to replace front-desk workflows. Many studios use both: auto-pay for predictable tuition and manual payments for merchandise, costumes, drop-ins, or special cases.

    6

Do we have to set it up alone?

No. You can request a demo, reply with your billing questions, and get help thinking through setup before you turn on recurring payments for real families.
