Online Portal

Let your customers sign up for classes online, pay with their credit card, or even agree to recurring payments that are automatically debited from their account each month. We’ll help you set everything up to fit your business. Whether you sell class cards, drop in classes, do payments based on the number of classes they take per week, including unlimited, we’ll get it all setup for you.

Memberships

You can build a pole membership package in the admin and then sell it as a membership, and you can also add member discounts. For example, perhaps they purchase a 2-month package that includes 8 pole classes and 8 free practices, plus 10% off on private lessons and dance wear. Better still, you can set this up so the package will automatically renew, and charge the credit card on file!

Messaging and Communication

You will be able to send messages to all your students, everyone in a class or specific students using email and text messaging. If you need automate some of the messaging we can help you do that too!

Attendance and Reports

Our software works great on your phone or tablet, and taking attendance is easy. In addition, we have lots of reports to help you manage finances, track your marketing efforts, manage payroll and more! You teachers can also have their own (limited) login where they can mark attendance.

Teacher and Staff Logins

If you need your teachers to have a separate but limited login, no problem. They will be able to do things like take attendance, print roll sheets, or contact their students. We can fine tune what you want them to see and what you don’t. And as they work, you’ll be able to track what classes they conducted, and print payroll reports for each teacher, even accounting for substitutes.
