The lessons remaining report provides a list of all students with lessons remaining. You can filter this by Sales Item, Teacher or Student. For example, perhaps you have clients who have purchased Summer Camp Passes with 10 class credits per pass, and you want to get a list of students who purchased that have lessons remaining. It would look something like this:

Now let’s say you want to filter by Teacher so you can see which students purchased private lessons, and how many lessons they have remaining. Then you want to give this report to the instructor so they can check to see which students need to be contacts to schedule their next lesson. You can print a PDF and send it to the instructor.

You can also make a report with ALL sales items, and then check through everything. For example, maybe you have an old sales item that is not being used, but students still have lessons remaining. Another useful report you might want to check is the Outstanding Balances Report. This report will help you understand which clients still owe money.
