  1. Paystri – DSM partners closely with Paystri. They offer competitive “meet or beat pricing,” excellent customer service, and tight integration with DSM.
  2. Clover Connect – A preferred provider for DSM customers.
  3. Bluefin – Preferred provider for customers in the U.S. and Canada.
  4. Quick Pay – For Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements for Merchant Services to Be Considered “Preferred Providers”

The merchant service our customers choose is important to them and to us. To ensure proper support and security, we require the following:

  1. Honesty and Fairness in Pricing: Rates can vary depending on card type and transaction type. Our providers must offer honest “meet or beat” pricing based on analysis of prior statements.
  2. No Unreasonable Contract Lock-In: Customers should never be charged a fee just to leave. Our preferred providers allow customers to exit without large penalties, protecting both the customer and our reputation.
  3. Customer Service: Merchant services must offer prompt and effective customer support. We’ve worked with our preferred providers for years, and they have a solid track record.
  4. Technical Support and Infrastructure: While customers may not need this often, we do. Our providers offer reliable APIs, infrastructure, and technical contacts to support DSM integration.
