Sign in and manage your password

Sign in with the credentials for your studio, recover access when you forget a password, or finish an emailed Create Password request.
For: Online ClientUpdated 2026-07-16

#Before you begin

  • Open the Online Client link supplied by your studio. Credentials for one studio may not work on another studio's page.
  • Use the primary account's username or a supported email address. Related students normally use the primary family account.
  • Your studio controls whether recovery asks for a Username or Email and whether the security check uses reCAPTCHA or a five-character code.
  • Keep confirmation, recovery, and create-password links private. They are account-access links and should not be forwarded or included in a support screenshot.

  1. Select Sign In.
  2. Enter your email address or username in Email or Username.
  3. Enter your password in Password.
  4. Select Sign In.

After a successful sign-in, the Online Client opens the studio home page or returns you to the page that originally requested sign-in.

#Confirm it worked

Your name and account menu replace the guest Sign In control. You can open account-specific destinations such as Classes, Finance, or Purchases when those features are enabled.

#Recover a forgotten password

The recovery link can say Forgot your password? or Forgot your username or password?, depending on studio settings.

  1. On Sign In, select the recovery link.
  2. Enter the requested Username or Email.
  3. Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge or enter the Security Code shown.
  4. Select Reset Password once.
  5. Check the inbox for the primary account email, including its spam or junk folder.
  6. Use the new password in the message to sign in.

Important: This recovery path generates a replacement password; it does not ask you to choose one on the recovery page. Once the replacement is generated, the old password may no longer work even if the email provider later rejects or delays the message. If the page says the password changed but the email could not be sent, contact the studio instead of submitting another request.

A welcome, registration, or studio message can contain a Create Password link. This is different from the Reset Password form above.

  1. Open the most recent Create Password link in the email.
  2. Enter a new password in Password.
  3. Enter it again in Confirm Password.
  4. Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge or enter the Security Code shown.
  5. Select Create Password.

When the request succeeds, the account is activated, you are signed in, and the Online Client home page opens.

Important: Use only the most recent link and do not share it. A link can stop working after it is used, after a newer link is generated, after the password changes, or when the account is locked. The page deliberately does not display the link's account token.

#Change your password while signed in

  1. Open your account menu.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Enter a new password of at least eight characters.
  4. Enter the same password again in the confirmation field.
  5. Select Change Password.

The current screen asks for the new password and its confirmation; it does not ask for the current password.

#Troubleshooting

#The page says the credentials are invalid

  • Check that you opened the correct studio's Online Client link.
  • Try the primary account username if the email address is not accepted.
  • Confirm that the account is active.
  • Use password recovery once, then wait for the result before trying again.

#The page asks you to confirm your email

Open the most recent confirmation message and select its confirmation link. A confirmation link verifies the email address; it does not necessarily replace the password. If the registration completion page is still open, it may offer a resend action.

#No recovery email arrives

Check spam or junk mail and allow a few minutes for delivery. Then contact the studio to confirm the account email and delivery status. Do not keep requesting new passwords because each successful request can replace the previous password.

Open the newest message rather than an older copy. If it still fails, contact the studio and describe the on-screen message without copying the link or its full address.

#The security check fails

Refresh the page and complete the new challenge. If an invisible reCAPTCHA check requests a visible challenge, complete that challenge and submit once more.
